This is what Chip's rescuer has to say about him: "Chip is a 3 year old male neutered Dachshund/Chihuahua mix. His daddy passed away and now he is looking for a new forever home. He is a little scared at first, but is eager to make new friends and likes to play. He is healthy, current on all vaccines, microchipped, heartworm negative and on monthly flea/heartworm prevention. He is a little overweight at 25lbs, and is currently on a doggie diet! His ideal weight would be around 18lbs."
