About Roscoe | |

Roscoe is a 3 year old male neutered mini red dachshund rescue. He weighs 10 pounds, is in excellent health, and is very nimble. He plays all the time with his friend the miniature pinscher.
Like most doxies, he LOVES snuggling on a lap. He enjoys walks and rides in the car. He's great with other dogs and meeting new people. He has improved around cats but still sometimes like to give chase.
Roscoe came to the rescue because someone had him tied outside. In spite of this, he's actually very social. He is in an obedience class to learn basic commands, to walk politely on leash and to become more familiar with being handled. The right adopter(s) needs to agree to finish the classes and/or spend time with the trainer to help Roscoe transition to his new home. The training will be no charge to the new owner(s).
A Secure fenced in yard and previous dog experience are needed for adoption.
Roscoe is up to date on his shots and neutered. His adoption fee is $200.00.
