|
Maye is a tiny Yorkie that came to us from the Cleveland city kennel. She was brought in as a stray and appears to have been attacked by another dog. She has some bruising and bite marks on her hind leg, and the tip of her tail had to be amputated due to severe trauma.
She is currently recovering in her foster home, and is doing very well! She is sweet and quiet, and loves to be cuddled and petted. Her ideal home would be a quieter one, where someone is home a majority of the day. This girl is definitely a lap dog that wants to be someone's best friend and companion! =)
Maye is approx. 3 years old, 7lbs., and is spayed, microchipped, up to date on vaccinations, dewormed, heartworm negative and on monthly flea/heartworm preventative. She is doing well with housetraining, walks nicely on lead, enjoys rides in the car, and does not need to be crated at night-time or when left home alone.
Maye won't be finished with her course of antibiotics for another few days, but we will begin accepting applications for her now. (Please click here to do so!)
All applications will be considered and thoroughly reviewed when we start going through them in the next few days. Please be patient with us while we do, as we've had a lot of interest in her!
