This cute girl is Snoopy, an Australian Shepherd / German Shepherd mix with an adorable nubby tail and a super sweet personality! Despite her herding breed genetics, Snoopy is a mellow girl whose favorite activity is snuggling! She came to our rescue after her previous family was forced to move, and could not take her with them.

"Hi, my name is Snoopy and I was born on Christmas Eve, 2011! I am a good girl, and am currently in a foster home with other dogs, cats and even a bunny. My Foster Mom says I am quiet and cause no trouble. I like to sit and snuggle on the couch with you or sleep at the foot of your bed. I enjoy car rides and don't get car sick. I love kids, and when my 4 year old foster brother plays ball with me, I never growl or give him a hard time if he wants to take it back and throw it again. I like squeaker toys the best and have been known to steal a stray teddy bear if he is on the floor. My motto is finders keepers! I ask to go outside and will not have any accidents during the night. I go in a kennel if my family leaves because I get nervous when they leave and my Foster Mom says I am safe when they are not home if I go in the kennel. I don't bark when I am in the kennel, and play with my toys and curl up in my blanket and fall asleep. I love my Foster Family, but they say that I have to find a new home that is special just for me. They said I am a "keeper" and would make my new family a great addition. I think I will do best with someone who doesn't work long hours because I don't like being alone if I don't have to. I would love a home where someone can play ball with me! Please consider me, I'd love the chance to show off my beautiful glossy black coat and great personality!"

Snoopy is approx. 7 months old, around 40lbs. and will be fully vetted and microchipped prior to adoption.
